🦀 High-Speed Regex & AST IP:Port Extraction from Obfuscated JavaScript Proxy Tables

Many proxy list sites hide port numbers using inline CSS (`display:none` decoy spans) or XOR-encoded JavaScript variables (`document.write(port ^ 8080)`). Instead of running full browser rendering, our Rust parser evaluates the mini math expression in QuickJS in `0.2ms` per page.

Spys.one and several Russian proxy lists use inline JS math variables to hide ports from naive regex scrapers—evaluating the AST expression in QuickJS is super clean.

And strip any `<span style="display:none">` elements before extracting text so decoy IP octets don't corrupt the IP string!
